This charming, authentic stone farm house is tucked into a 70 acre former farm, and has an unmatched, cozy charm and exquisitely beautiful setting. Look to the north and you have a gorgeous rolling view up the bay. Look to the south over the delicate straw fields of the former farm. Being a short walk from the Willsboro Bay Marina and the Upper Deck Restaurant, the Little Stone House has the best of both worlds: easy access to amenities, but with a sense of privacy and a command of the lake.

Our Kitchen
Our kitchen is newly re-modelled and contains all the basic amenities. It is equipped with all standard utensils, china, flatwear, basic condiments, and appliances.
Grocery Service
Don’t want to be burdened with grocery shopping for your stay? We will do the shopping for you if you provide a list of groceries that will be readily available at local stores. The cost is 20% of the grocery bill, and the minimum order is $100.

We have tested a plethora of local restaurants and are glad to steer you in the direction of the best, as well as provide transportation via our concierge services.
